Prices and What's Included
The website displays current valid prices applied at booking confirmation. A deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Standard dive packages include TRANSPORTATION from the dive centre to the dive site (boat or car), TANK of 10 or 12 litres (air or nitrox), WEIGHTS and GUIDE.
Equipment rental (regulators, wetsuit, BCD, fins, mask, booties) is available separately. Beginner courses include all gear and accident insurance; other courses do not unless stated otherwise.
Making a Reservation
- Reservations require advance payment of a deposit via the online platform
- Availability expires if payment isn't completed by the stated deadline
- Full outstanding balance is due before the activity begins
- Dive site destinations cannot be guaranteed due to weather conditions
Required Documentation
Divers must present valid diving certification, diving insurance, and proof of good health to dive. Accepted certifications include the diving card (physical or digital), a photo, copy or screenshot (from the official website of a diving organization). Emails, letters, or dive log entries alone are insufficient. Without proper credentials, no refund or change will be made.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations by PUNTA AMANAY
- 100% refund of all amounts paid, regardless of reason
Cancellations by Client (Standard Bookings)
- More than 10 days before activity: 100% refund
- 3–10 days before activity: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before activity: No refund
Cancellations by Groups (4+ People)
- More than 30 days before: 100% refund
- 8–30 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before: No refund
Large Groups (8+ People)
Groups qualify for discounts only if the entire group books the full package. Partial participation refunds are not issued.
Third-Party Expenses
No refunds apply to amounts paid to external vendors (e.g., online course platforms, boat rentals). Refund terms above apply only to remaining amounts owed to PUNTA AMANAY.
No Refunds After Boarding
Once the client gets on the boat, no money will be refunded for any of the following reasons: seasickness/motion sickness/vertigo, compensation problems, cold or any issue with the diver's own equipment.
Admission Rights
Staff may deny center access or activity participation if a client shows signs preventing safe diving, including intoxication from alcohol or other drugs, inability to make minimal physical efforts required, or inadequate mastery of basic diving techniques.
